To my understanding there are around 930 NHS hospitals in the UK and another over 200 private ones. There is definitely good market potential in the UK, let alone Europe, Middle East, North America and the rest of the world, but we now need some more sales traction going in the near term. I expect Gino and team to release more news very soon.

Nice, some positive news!...

The beauty of Point Of Care is that it is cheap and fast and also can be done at the patient's own location. No need for the patient or sample to travel long distance and then having to wait for days and days for the final outcome. It will significantly reduce the time for critical decision making. Also equipment wise the design is light and efficient.

There are currently only 7 genomic hubs available in the UK with a turnaround time of at least 2 days, as I understood this is excluding any shipping and handling time which still needs to be added, which could be easily 1-2 days on top of that. So you could be looking at 3-4 days at least for these expensive labs to come back with test results. What about delivery across weekends and holidays, add easily another day. As this specific market segment will only grow even further over time, I can see them struggle to process all these many requests. Point Of Care is the answer, which is much more time and cost efficient. All imo.
