The majors in the medical world have their hands sitting on billions of reserves. Indeed, say 50 or 100 million GBP means nothing to them really. After the recent approvals it will be interesting to see how this unfolds. Proprietary knowledge is a big thing as it can mean technological advantage over the competition staying ahead of the game.

Honestly, the current market cap of 10 MM is nothing compared to the propriety intellectual product knowledge in place. A major could simply come by and buy GDR's patents for a few tens of millions easily imo.
