There has been strong interest in the new offshore blocks according to the ministery of energy. Make that of what you will. Next licensing rounds opening up very soon within a few weeks.

Indeed, the size of the price is huge here, plus the larger area is greatly derisked from exploration point of view with many other co's operating nearby. So they raise some money, so what ? It's not the end of the world is it ? Oil 79 USD/bbl, 2.5x times as much as 2-3 years ago, many economical models suddenly fly again. No brainer to me.

Farm in agreements, JV or takeover more than likely imo with these superb production rates.
