The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Look at TNG operating in Northern Territory, Australia.
They've got very similar grades TiO2 compared to Empire with a JORC of 160 million tonnes in situ and confirmed to be commercial.
Pitfield potentially contains significantly more ore rock than TNG as it is an absolute monster. Do the maths and see yourself.

"I look forward to sharing updates from across our portfolio over the coming months, including more from our exploration activities at Pitfield, expected during the course of Q3. We are also expecting more news from Eclipse-Gindalbie including further details about the kaolin discovery, plus the launch of our exploration programme at Walton. We are entering into an exciting year of exploration activity and potential discovery, and I remain very enthusiastic about what the future has in store for us."

I can definitely see momentum increasing here over the next couple of weeks after yesterday's RNS. The vast strike length is enormous. This deposit contains massive amounts of titanium ore, absolutely huge!
This sort of scale now becomes quite interesting for any offtake agreements by major JV partners.
Major global miners typically really like/prefer the following conditions for entering JV agreements:
1. Massive scale / volume
2. Good competitive grades
3. Shallow deposits
4. Safe jurisdiction
5. Close to main infrastructure and ports
6. Multiple vast large stretched prospects
7. Sufficient cash in the bank
8. Low overhead costs
9. Strong team onboard
10. Proven wider geological metalurgical setting i.e.
locally rich offset area
Etc.
In fact Empire already ticks many of these boxes if you look closely. It is going to be an interesting time ahead.
