Indeed Pokerchips, discussions with a number of potential commercial partners already have been ongoing for many months, if not years. As Tim alluded to many of them have been waiting for the patent filing as first milestone prior finally committing to the anticipated financial deals. Patent filing is done now - box ticked, first milestone achieved. This frees the negotiation process with all lights on green now. Final commercial discussions are continuing from now. Expecting one or more commercial deals over the next 3-4 months.

The news on P140 will spread fast now in the pharma sector

Also remember, 5p was the pivot point under the Q1 Landstead arrangement, so if the sp is higher than 5p IMM is receiving money from Landstead. It looks like over the coming months this could very well be the case. Not major contribution in the grand scheme of things, but certainly helps.

I've got a suspicious feeling Landstead is further selling out this morning, which is a good thing imo as their influence will decrease even further. Trend is creeping upwards now.

Wow, what an interview yesterday! P140 will be an absolute gamechanger! Tim sounded fully confident and very clear: NO more placings, all funding will come from commercial deals making the company sufficiently cash rich and could be imminent as no doubt many big pharmas wants in asap now patent filing has been achieved as being a major milestone blocking any infringers. Discussions will continue very soon with Immupharma now having a very, very strong negotiating position at the table after the patent filing. Board seems very confident. Monster Humira analogy made at the end of the interview. Potential first class milestone payments to be revealed before the end of this year, but perhaps also straight buyout scenario possible in the hundreds of millions. I expect IMM's Market cap to substantially increase over the next weeks and months ahead.

Like I said a while ago the patent filing being achieved should not be underestimated and this is a major milestone. The patent priority date is the date on which you first file a patent application. This date gives a legal status prior the final granting, i.e. the right to enforce your rights and take legal action against infringers from the moment the patent is granted later on. If a competitor files a similar invention after your priority date, they will not receive a patent. Big pharma's would want to be the first in making a deal on any groundbreaking technology.
