I believe Tim said there will be a deal "in the New Year".

Now does this mean as early as Jan/Feb?

I googled it and sometimes it can be referred to as such.

I've got additional funds waiting in the new year, ready to top up anytime. All about risk and reward. Current market cap 30 MM GBP company in discussions with a number of top 10 and also other medium sized global pharma companies.

Many trades today around the 6.0p benchmark.

It almost seems the sp is being controlled...

Exciting period as we must be getting closer to news with the new year around the corner

I wonder how many of the largest pharma companies listed below have got into contact with Immupharma by now. Tim said earlier they have been 'extremely busy' lately and they have been in discussions with a number of them listed in the top 10. Hopefully a big queue waiting in front of the data room by now. Good quality discussions and due diligence takes time for sure, what's another few months.

In discussions with a number of global top 10 and various medium pharma players .

P140 patent already filed with legal protection status.

The interview today is indeed a reassuring timely update to all shareholders and the right thing to do at this point in time. Also note "nothing fundamentally has changed" in the CEO his own words.

High level summary:

* No fundamental changes compared with two months ago after patent filing

* Immupharma team has been "extremely busy" since September with potential partner discussions since September

* "Quite a number" of companies are interested in the groundbreaking P140 technology ranging both in size and scope

* Amongst these companies are a number of global Top 10 global pharma companies already showing their interest and are in active discussions currently with Immupharma

* Immupharma is also in current discussions with a number of other medium-sized pharma companies

* Immupharma team is "very, very busy" at the moment in active discussions regarding potential partnerships and commercial deals

* Good quality discussions and negotiations obviously take time as various interested pharma companies have to follow their own processes plus NDA agreements were signed not that long ago, hence a bit more patience required

Last but not least:

* P140 innovation (patent filed) is absolutely groundbreaking science, also confirmed by the recent feedback received from various potential partners

Anyone spotted the late trades from yesterday appearing?

Today's RNS indeed confirms the huge importance of the ground breaking innovative P140 platform with a number of major players showing interest and NDA's already being signed. Remember, why would they continue to hold on for months continue their discussions and negotiations if P140 was of no or little interest to them. Today's RNS shows P140 is of huge significance with various (major) global players willing to further spend time on and exploit the best commercial deals / partnerships together with Immupharma team.

It is great news indeed as it shows the majors and other interested parties are very serious about it!!
