Is there any evidence at all that suggests that any funds bought in? I'll suggest the contrary.

I'll also suggest that the only regular pattern we've seen here is of someone with large pockets relentlessly hammering away at the SP with algo trades. It's personal against MM in my opinion, there is no way there can be enough PI's constantly selling down here below the spread the way it's been happening. The fact that this is possible and allowed is one of the many reasons the LSE is game over in it's current form, it's simply not possible for companies to achieve a fair market value under these conditions.

The activist large investors you speak of didn't have a voice when Ingenuity was effectively stolen, what makes you think that will change?

I understood that the whole reason behind MM stumping up the cash for it was to obtain better refinancing rates.

I suggest it was more to do with him being able to get his hands on 60 million quids worth of shares at 32p.

I think we can assume Kelso is far from happy like every other person or entity that has invested here but like PI's they are simply and effectively being silenced.

Is there anyone on here that has already summarised all of the points that need to be raised by Pi's and is willing to share? There seems to have been so many I'm sure to forget some. The bids that were turned down at a higher value and then Ingenuity effectively stolen from us by cancelling shares then immediately diluting remain holders would sits high on my list of the corrupt things he's done lately. How it is possible that the entire board signed off on that one really needs explaining.

I wish I could make it to the meeting, hopefully there will be some here that can make it and be our voice.

So are you suggesting that within the Myprotien business there is no-one responsible for keeping track of a products popularity and profitability? You're also suggesting that they deliberately remove popular sellers and replace them with products that no one wants?

The downside to voting the lot out, not like it will happen anyway, someone suggested was leaving the company rudderless, I'd suggest the company has been rudderless with also a loose cannon at the helm since IPO.

I think everyone on here voted MM and Lucan out last time but didn't have much of an impact but its still worth making the effort to vote, that's what it's there for. I be voting the lot out this time as ultimately everyone of the spineless useless board has precided over this horrendous sabotage of the SP and done or said diddly squat.

Like last time, if the institutions don't vote them out then I sincerely hope something materialises to help me understand why.

Thetadecay, nonsense, there are many listing for "Best protein products" that have My protein at or near the top and not even a mention of APN. My protein produces a vastly greater array of products and can sell it cheaper due to the D2C model.

To say MP products can't compete with APN is absolute rubbish.

As a long term holder with a high average I'm more than happy with the current change in direction but a quick glance at the charts kind of puts this small rise into perspective. It also however indicates just how far it can keep going if the current board can change their ways and simply knuckle down with doing what they should have been doing for the last 4-5 years.

I do believe it is possible to turn sentiment here even with MM at the helm if he can learn from past events and start acting like a professional CEO.

Totally agree, no idea how the entire board that should have investors best interests in mind could agree to let ingenuity go at mere fraction of previous valuations. You can't keep solely blaming the market when Moulding and cronies have demonstrated time and time again that it's bent from the inside out. Every seat on the absolutely bent and useless board needs replacing for a completely ground up overhaul of governance and business.

Doesn't make a lot of sense when written like that but it's really easy to figure out, you just add Mathew Muppet Moulding and Lord Lucan into THGs equation and then we can't even hold 25 flipping p
