OSG, with you on most of that apart from how much control do you think the market has on a share that's only had 18 small trades over a two hour period? Yes they have some and it would usually be done with the spread but in this case the spread isn't too bad, there just isn't enough buyers or interest, they need to up their profile to the right people with regular healthy communications through official channels.
Totally agree, now is the time to be buying more before the masses catch on, looks like SP was having a small support test before the next leg up 🤞
OSG, sorry I thought I'd explained it in a way that was easy to understand, it looks like UBS have simply moved shares between accounts and added some, they are now all held by their London Branch according to the RNS'S
And I don't think it's a case of the SP being allowed to drift down, there simply weren't enough buyers at anything above the current SP, you're over complicating things, it's simply supply and demand.
What? Everything that is bought needs to be sold and vice versa, where do you think any difference between the two is going?
What's your definition of free-float? A load of stock just lying around doing nothing but waiting to be bought or sold? It doesn't quite work like that and I don't grasp your thinking?
Sorry, yes correction, increase was 03/11
And there's nothing "just now" about it, they increased on 03/10/23 👍
Glowacki, I don't think that was their reasoning, look at the daily prices, it's just been a reshuffle between branches/accounts I think.
UBS London branch now holds total of
19,304 071 shares.
Hope that's clear.
Looks like UBS shuffled 18,880 680 shares between branches on 30/10 - 02/11 then added 423,391 shares on 03/11
Ultimately looks like UBS has increased their holding.
I simply can't believe that we are down here on those results, company is a much better and more secure place than when it got to 35p, it's flipping crackers.
Well after those impressive results making it evident that the company is undervalued by multiples it does surprise me that I'm able to acquire more at these levels.
Next results without the one off expenses should be even better again. Steady away she goes.
Bearhunter, try putting your big boy pants on
HH, how can you possibly justify comparing this with BOO and ASOS?
It reads to me like they are smashing it so surprised by the subdued response this morning. Lots of people will be breathing a sigh of relief after the period of silence we've had. Onwards and upwards. I won't be selling anytime soon.
Catalyst here will be news of a sale, either legacy companies or product, vast upside to play for here with limited downside at least for the next three months which is when next raise will be due if nothing materialise before that.
An actual spread of circa 10 % which doesn't encourage buying.
It does surprise me that Ricketts or none of the board are tempted to buy at these levels, NR could almost double his holding with a month's wages 🤔

Can someone confirm this is updated"
I think the first 5 entries on that list are for Broker Block nominee accounts?
Which would means if you exclude Ricketts, Hanwha and Directors, PI's own circa 92% of VRS.
Maxamat, so let's get this straight, as you feel no longer able to offer up a viable defence for Muppet Kong's actions you channel all of your efforts into trying to prove Steve is yespsb and take great satisfaction for doing so? Your deflection is as bad as Muppet Kong's, guess it runs in the family.
There were only 350m shares in the company as of July and 650m now, 300m have gone somewhere over the last few months.
Yes of course I'd expect there to be some effect on the share price if someone attempted to aggressively buy 250 million shares but then has there not just been 165.5 million bought in the placing? And someone suggested earlier that £165million could already be well under way to changing hands? To be honest I haven't yet sat down and closely looked at the numbers so it had been just an off the cuff suggestion that if anyone in big industry thought they had tech that was worth having they wouldn't have to buy the company outright to gain control if VRS didn't want to sell. No argument.
