One simple undeniable fact, the price has been going down since shortly after IPO and continues to do so.

KYK I'm a long term holder here since beginning to accumulate at 232p 4 years ago and currently sitting on a 450k loss so please factor this into me coming across a little desperate or frantic. I understand it was my own ineptness that made me to choose to buy in here but I've suffered from MM and the boards ineptness ever since.

And most long-term holders here are so tortured and down beaten by MM, his empire and the SP are hardly in a position to feel excited let alone share it on here 🤷

Sj4, maybe so could it could equally be excitement, like you will expect from holders if the SP doubled or tripled, the shorting boys are the only ones to do well from this share, which is ironic given how MM supposedly feels about them, he's their gift that just keeps giving.

Kyk, I may have missed something here but don't think so, why would anyone shorting this be hyperventilating and frantic? Perhaps thinking about spending all of the money they've made? Any genuine long term holder here are the ones suffocating and feeling frantic. What an absolute ***** show, not even MA currently buying millions here can shore the price up!

Does the invisible chairman not have any legal obligation at all to address shareholders over the absolute decimation of the share price during his reign?

For over three years I've been telling myself things here can't get any worse but here we are. What a nightmare ride this is.

Best not think about it, if I do I'll be back on here moaning again, what a cluster **** of a company this has turned out to be. I remember hailing the arrival of reputable rand what we thought would be a good leader of a CEO, what a waste of space he's turned out to be 🤷

But is suffering in absolute silence having been robbed of your investment by that that conman Moulding the right thing to do? Yes its annoying to read but in fairness it's all I can do not to unleash my frustration via here too. Our voice on here is currently all we have to express our anguish and disappointment at that Muppet moulding otherwise he's away absolutely free without even a word against him. Moulding has been an absolute failure where every single one of his investors are concerned and as he keeps demonstrating via social media he is completely unaware and disconnected from the real life financial situation he's inflicted on many with his character and behaviour.

Mathew Moulding is a self serving CEO and should be forcibly ousted.

In fairness the Steve's do seem to have a case, for over 3 years I've held too many of these and still do. Been waiting for one thing after another to happen that was suggested would release potential and increase the SP. Well here we are, 40 flipping p. Worst share I ever owned, it's like it's had several tons of lead hanging on the SP 24hrs a day 7 days per week since IPO. Still waiting for the elusive bid as I can no longer see anything else that can help here other than perhaps the resignation of Mathew Moulding.

This is way beyond a joke for any long term investors here.

The RNS is stating his reduction in THG (remainco) so I believe the assumption is that it's because of taking a greater allocation of Ingenuity rather than selling.

Positive news but I would be interested to learn what the " non material sum" equates to, a little odd that there are no numbers quoted. And surely if their reason for being offered a settlement held up then surely every other investor at the time should be offered similar compensation?

Anyway, good to have it out of the way. Good numbers next please.

I certainly don't understand the price movement of the last two days. You won't be alone in feeling that way toward Moulding and management but I do believe if you can dig in and wait until the demerger is complete and the next set of numbers are out things will stabilise and improve, FTSE inclusion will also help. Currently 790 million market cap for all three divisions and you're struggling to understand why an offer of up to 1 Billion for one division might look attractive? 🤷

Sounds like one of the many news articles that were constantly being released in the early days here with Neil Ricketts at the helm.

Surely the question has to be why VRS is not involved instead, especially with previously having had UK government involvement and support 🤷
