Sorry but as a long term holder following opinion on THG, the demerger of Ingenuity and removal of its capital expenditure was wanted by many, just not on the terms it's been offered which considering the money that has been pumped into Ingenuity appears to be daylight robbery.

Important here to realise here that despite the hatred for Moulding, for obvious reasons, incorporated in this price of 46p are three established and prominent companies with billions of revenue being generated between them. At some point the hatred for Moulding will be pushed to one side and allow these companies to achieve fair value. That's what the LTH'S here are waiting for. Take your positions.

And to put the original statement back in context, it had little to do with how much meaning a voting rights RNS has, it was I believe raising the question of is MMs head so Deep in the sand that he could consider dishing out millions of shares as staff awards and creating yet more dilution at this point in time. Fair enough in usual situations it's not something you need to pay too much attention to but on this occasion if you bump your two brain cells together you'll realise it's mentioned relative to MM possibly dishing out yet millions more shares to employees which in the current climate would seem hugely inappropriate, don't you agree?

Having been an investor here for three years and consequently keeping an eye on these boards I find the apparent resentment to the demerger quite remarkable. I'm not quite sure wether it's the original folk changed their tune or a whole new bunch that were never in favour of a separation, go figure.

I'll say it again, the declining SP here since IPO has little to do with the value of the three divisions and is more simply reflective of Mouldings popularity on a scale between IPO price and zero.

I believe if he goes an instant rerate supported by the city is on the cards.

I say a 36% decline over 5 days would usually warrant some form of statement from the company, but then when you look at the relatively small sell volumes it simply points at the LSE being fooked, crooked or both.

Surely the 50% and continuing fall in the SP over the last 6 months commands some kind of statement from the invisible chairman, how is it he appears to be totally unaccountable since his arrival despite the millions he's being paid, it's all absurd.
