The convertible loan is, in effect, a staggered placing.

In Angus's case, when the loan was arranged, it made sense, given that there was still a lot to do on both the Balcombe and Saltfleetby projects and the share price was likely to advance as those projects progressed.

Suspect the rise today had more to do with buying than with selling.

Angus management's shares certainly helped the performance of that share.

Slight correction to my previous post:

I said it's not Riverfort's business to invest in ANGS, but they do have warrants exercisable at 1.664p.

They're simply recovering their loan, Torreaguas, it's not their business to invest in ANGS.

They will sell into the market, seeking to make as good a gain as they can.
