Despite all the posts, the arguments for and against UKOG, an onshore oil explorer/producer, are pretty simple and easy to understand.
It's then up to each investor to decide on their own position vis-a-vis the share.

UKOG didn't say the tool was not available in the UK or Europe, they said it was not available in the UK or Europe until "this time", ie February.

which is not quite the same thing as confirming the date.
