Think that's the largest number of shares I've seen in a UKOG trade.

advfn has just shown a 90m trade at 0.238p which made no impact on today's volume, so is presumably late-reported from yesterday.

Thought the bottom was about 0.30p - yesterday's RNS proved me wrong.

But, agreed, both production and the oil price should be heading upwards from the current levels over the coming months.

Brought to a head by the decline of the share price and the investment facility with Bergen - not allowed to issue shares below their nominal value, so the solution is to reduce their nominal value.

Tellurian's average buy-in price is 0.82p - not sure they will be willing sellers at the current price.

Following the passing of the Share Capital Reorganisation resolutions at the AGM today, being Resolutions 4 and 7, the Company's issued ordinary share capital, previously being 3,918,351,946 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 (0.1p) each ("Old Ordinary Shares"), is now 3,918,351,946 Ordinary Shares of £0.0001 (0.01p) each ("New Ordinary Shares"). As such, the Share Capital Reorganisation has had no impact on the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue, and each Shareholder will have the same number of Ordinary Shares immediately after the Share Capital Reorganisation as they had immediately prior to it.

Same number of shares, it's just their nominal value that has changed.
