Continue to think very highly of Genel, its management, its prospects and its balance sheet, but am out for the present.
Really wasn't expecting to be brought back into the region, even if its across the border, by UKOG, but delighted that it should have happened.

Yes, on page 7 of UKOG's presentation, Tawke (which includes Peshkabir) is Genel, Shaikan is GKP.

Genel operates in Iraqi Kurdistan (UKOG's presentation mentions a couple of its fields).

The pay-back on some of Genel's wells is phenomenally quick, recovering all of their investment in 3 months.

Therefore, believe SS's aim is to generate cash quickly.
