In my view SCC will really struggle to put in writing a well reasoned decision to refuse permission but it will have to! It will probably come up with some form of issue around an unsafe and inadequate access is my guess, perhaps along with a mention of not being a sustainable form of development.

But it was just 5 days ago that the RNS contained this note re HH:

It certainly doesn't sound as if the "Kimmeridge dream is over" (your post of 19:30).

This is from the RNS of 23/07: note that it speaks of "commercially viable zones" in the plural:
