Think there is a real possibility that almost all of the warrants will be exercised in the near future, which will really set up Alba to progress its projects ... and not just in Wales!

Don't see that happening at the present time.

The potential buyer is UKOG, but they will not be wanting to purchase Alba's stake with their share price currently down and out.

Alba's funding requirements are being resolved by the rise in their own share price: £150k of warrants still outstanding at 0.13p, £1m+ in the 0.30-0.32p range, £1m+ in the 0.40-0.42p range.

This is, in fact, precisely what AIM is for, to fund the development of small companies.
