Nope, it's based on whether the issuing company is registered in the UK or not, so 3% for a UK-registered company but 5% for, say, a Jersey-registered company.

Market cap at £19.6m is less than the value of its tax losses of a year ago, assuming accumulated losses at 30/09/19 for accounting purposes = tax losses.

Means the market attaches a negative value to the rest of its business.

This is an extremely undemanding valuation of UKOG's prospects in the UK and, now, in Turkey.

Re Tellurian: we're not talking about their sale of Magellan to UKOG but of the sale of their stake in UKOG.

And UKOG is a UK entity, so the threshold is 3%.

Re Tellurian, they may not be aware of the disclosure requirements (again) - read somewhere that the financial director had changed.
