Alba have been really excited by the prospects at Clogau for at least the last 18 months, since the discovery of 10 new anomalies in the Dolgellau gold belt, 1 of which is 4x larger than that over Clogau.
Before using "huge" to describe the regional potential, I seem to remember them using the word "vast".
In the recent ITV report, "massively under-explored" was used by GF.
What has changed recently is that the market has begun to take notice of what they are saying.
The share's upside potential remains as big as the regional gold potential.

They are shares like any other shares.
The warrants themselves cannot be traded, so the only way to obtain a tradeable security is to exercise the warrant and obtain the corresponding shares.

Warrants will be with us for many weeks to come and are necessary for Alba's future development.

Take a look at the bottom of p49 for the situation at 30/11/19 and add in, above all, £1.3m exercisable at 0.55p.

The 01/09 RNS I was referring to is entitled: Issue of Share Warrants, Share Options and Shares, it isn't a placing RNS.

The warrants were issued to Michael Nott, other personnel and consultants.

It was 0.16p in the RNS of 01/09.

£63,500 makes a total of £2,362,500 raised since 03/08 via 2 placings and warrants.

69m traded on AIM, another 15m on Aquis, the eventual sale of this morning's new shares are not going to make much of an impact.

Add: £450k to be exercised at 0.13p and £1.3m to be exercised at 0.55p
Deduct: those that have been exercised to date, by going through the relevant RNSs.
