... Work is also in hand, subject to regulatory permissions, to convert HH-2z into a water injector which should significantly reduce current water handling costs and help maximise oil recovery by supporting reservoir pressure...

An addendum to the Field Development Plan for the conversion of HH-2z to a water injector has been submitted. Other regulatory consents for water injection are underway, with permissions currently forecast for some time in Q2 2021, subject to any pandemic related delays.

And another reminder from the interim results RNS of 30/06:

In May UKOG commenced a study with Ceraphi Energy Ltd to review the geothermal energy potential of the Horse Hill site and surrounding area. The results of the work are expected during Summer 2021.

Just a reminder:

On a rival site, there are threads where it is just the one filtered poster responsible for almost all of the posts.

So these are posters who don't need to engage in an exchange with anyone or, indeed, to be read, they just need to post.

It is curious behaviour.

Exploration seems to know what he is talking about re oil exploration in Turkey.

I noted from one of his recent posts that he reckons AME's principal investor will be keen to see Basur-3 become a success.

There are 2 partners involved and both want to make a success of Basur-3 - as ever, we shall see, but they will both be taking their time to interpret the seismic data once obtained.

If you have lost thousands of £s over the years, it's because the share price has come down a long way from the level at which you bought.

Those buying in now are, therefore, not taking the same risks as you did back then.

At any given time, the share needs to be assessed on the basis of its current price and prospects.

At 05:54: "... the huge potential that exists outside of those 2 historic mines within the envelope of our very extensive exploration ground".

With his legal background, GF has always been very careful in his choice of words and yet, here again, more than 2 years after the discovery of the 10 anomalies in the gold belt, he is speaking of the "huge potential" offered by the Dolgellau gold belt.

At some stage, the market will take note of what he is saying and the share price will rise very substantially (imho).

Obviously re Loxley, it will be for UKOG to demonstrate that it IS a viable project, but I can see no reason to doubt their ability to do precisely that.

To come back to the point of funds being forthcoming for viable projects:

that is one of the principal, if not the principal, reason(s) for the existence of the markets, whether equity or debt.

Angus obtained a debt facility of £12m for its Saltfleetby gas project on the back of a market cap of about £8m.

If Loxley looks to be a viable project, the funds will be forthcoming.

There were those amongst the naysayers who argued that the reason for the delay in the placing was because UKOG couldn't raise the funds!

Nearly £5.5m later, they have gone very quiet on that subject and have been searching for other reasons to criticise UKOG.

Whatever the impact on the share price, it is the logical thing to do.

But the impact should very definitely be positive, identifying Alba itself more closely with gold mining and enabling the Greenland portfolio to accelerate its growth.

It does create the impression that UKOG's business is a bigger one than its market cap suggests, doesn't it?

You sound confident UKOG will win their appeal.
