They have every reason to have confidence given Kadupul Limited has taken 18.9% of Greenroc Mining's capital. Given Alba's 54.0% and ETX Capital's 4.0%, that only leaves 23.9% to get away, £2.66m at the float price.

Another 2m went though after hours, at 0.775p.

Given today's volume during the session, that nearly doubled total volume for the day.

Irrelevant? It's true that for the product and the revenue, one should look elsewhere than to barchart, that's not what barchart is about.

Barchart provides a purely technical analysis, it is, therefore, dispassionate and data-driven.

But there are those who attach importance to dispassionate, data-driven sources of information.

Closed at 0.29p, up 20.8% on the day.

Signs that the market is beginning to take on board some of the positive implications of the IPO for Greenroc and for Alba.

At 0.265p per share, the market cap is £17m of which the stake in Greenland equals £6m, so the market values the gold in North Wales, Horse Hill and Ireland at £11m.

Greenland looks to be very modestly valued and so too now does the gold in North Wales.

Hopefully, the separate quotation of Greenroc Mining will enable the market to arrive at a fuller appreciation of both Greenroc and Alba.

It looks as if Kadupul Limited may be the joint venture partner GF and Alba have been looking for, except that Kadupul may prove to be a partner for the Greenland portfolio as a whole and not for one project in particular.

Early days, time will tell.

£6m valuation for Alba's 54% at the launch price, but the limited float means the price may well rise to an immediate premium over the launch price.

Alba remains clearly undervalued, imho.

Alba retain 54%, the balance being 46%.

Kadupul Limited's 18.9% takes 41% of that balance, so a very important chunk of the capital-raise has already been achieved.

Agree with Moodyboy (08:25), the float is limited, should help the share to rise to a premium to the launch price.

Nothing fishy about it at all.

The new element is the emergence of a significant new shareholder in Greenroc Mining, Kadupul Limited, with 18.9%.

Hopefully, they will prove to be a core, long-term investor in the company.
