We've had an update on Resan - could we be heading for an update on HH?

The RNS of 20/09/21 is the most recent to include the following note re Resan:

8. High-impact oil appraisal project with an upside OIP range of 150-500 mmbbl gross with expected recovery factors of 10-20% of OIP

On this basis, therefore, recovery is estimated to fall in the range of 15-100 mmbbl.

The content of the 20/09/21 RNS:

UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) is pleased to announce that it has completed a planned two-week production facility upgrade at its 85.635% owned Horse Hill oil field. Works included modifications to prepare the site for automated 24-hour continuous production operations, together with the installation of the first tranche of permanent facility equipment required under the Health and Safety Executive's Control of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) regulations. Following the shutdown period necessary to undertake the works, oil production has now been re-established.

So, UKOG indicated what the works included. By definition, therefore, it did not indicate all of the works.

We are waiting on input from partners on our interpretation and will update on that and discussions with neighbouring licence holders as soon as it is received.

B-3S Drilling

Active planning of B-3S is well underway and initial discussions with prospective drilling rig contractors have taken place, with detailed well planning and contractor selection progressing. It is planned that the well will commence upon receipt and interpretation of the fast-track seismic processing ...

The Company continues to look for additional projects in Turkey and has reviewed a further new opportunity to the southeast of our Resan licence. This contains an interesting and potentially material undrilled anticlinal feature analogous to both East Sadak and Basur-Resan. Further information will be issued in due course if our evaluations prove positive.
