The GM is to increase the directors' authority to issue new shares, it doesn't mean new shares will be issued any time soon.

It's a question of prudent management: if, for example, an opportunity arises, you don't want to miss out on it for want of having obtained the appropriate authority from shareholders.

Where I agree with the comment in your post of 10:26, Yanis, is that Saltfleetby isn't in the share price at all at the present time, the market is treating Saltfleetby as if it doesn't exist.

The share price and the price of natural gas are totally out of synch.

I'm accustomed to thinking of the market as anticipating future developments about 6 months in advance.

In Angus's case, the market isn't anticipating anything at all! (hence the very substantial potential of the share price).

That equates to an average purchase price of about 9p (0.625p being the equivalent of 7%).
