Good question, gwilliams71. Loxley is too big a project for UKOG alone so a farm-out would appear to be in the logic of the project and in conformity with the line re UKOG's strategic objectives on page 4 of its 20/21 annual report.

Because the drill in Basur-Resan has been delayed.

The most obvious application of this strategic objective appears to be Loxley (imho).

The transcript of the interview GL gave to Ruth Hayhurst still remains the most detailed written interview I have seen him give.

Volume was about 200m on 05/03/20, the day of the first CPR (after adjusting for trades reported the following day).

At 31/03/20, there were 604m shares in issue, so 200m represented about 1/3rd of total issued capital at the time.

Needless to say, 1/3rd of total issued capital would be a much larger number of shares today, about 800m.

Been active on the board since the Brockham RNS of 28/06/19, has taken much longer than I anticipated, I will willingly admit, but in that time Angus has become a much more interesting company (imho).

It's an ambitious company, so let's all hope some of those ambitions begin to be realised very soon.

What is De-ramping - and who does it benefit?

This, also, can take different forms. Perhaps a shareholder has gone short on a share, they obviously then need a decline in the shareprice to make a profit, so they will go onto BB's and say anything they can to persuade others that the company is going to fail or a particular product is going to fail. Directors who want to perform a management buyout, might similarly suppress the positives about how the company or products are progressing to a degree where they are not fully informing the market of 'positive' price sensitive news, for their own ends.

A de-ramper can and will also use all of the same tactics as the ramper when it comes to BB's and making sure their message is the only one heard.
