Re the Convertible Loan Note of £1.4m:

The Note, which was otherwise convertible at 1p per ordinary share from 17 February 2022, will now only be convertible at the earliest of 17 July 2022 representing a six month extension. Additionally the Company retains the right to repay the Note at any time with the additional grant of warrants at 1.3p per share as detailed in the RNS of 20 April 2020. Zak Mir's target of 0.90p dates back to around Easter of last year, he has since been more circumspect in his presentations.

Simon Cawkwell's target of 1.50p dates back a month ago, to 17/06.

If you take a look at some of the preceding posts, think there is the possibility of a farm-out of part of UKOG's 100%-interest in its Loxley project, where their appeal was accepted by the SoS about a month ago, on 07/06, (but the recovery by the SoS dates back to 06/01).

Not all posters on the board agree with this analysis, but that is the purpose of the board, to permit the expression of differing points of view.
