Angus Energy’s gas site at Saltfleetby reached record levels for a second consecutive months since production resumed last year. This helped push the onshore contribution to total UK gas production to its highest level for a year.

We don't know:

what the gas price will do in coming months (although we do have the price of futures, of course).

the terms of an eventual $25m debt facility, both re the interest rate and re the repayment schedule.

... We are also evaluating the other assets in our portfolio, the Southern Fields, with a view to making a strategic decision on the future direction of the company. We will communicate more on this in the near future. Angus continues to look at other opportunities which could provide an attractive strategic fit to the portfolio. Needs to show the funds he raises on the market benefit shareholders.

3 projects can see development in the near term:

1/ Pinarova -1 - news of the percussion guns is still awaiting after more than a calendar quarter;

2/ Loxley;

3/ HH - Supreme Court judgement in Sarah Finch's case awaited. In addition, agreement re the proposed farm-out needs to be negotiated with HHDL's non-controlling interests.

Portland is for the long term, unless an early stage investor takes an "option" for the future or opportunities arise from contacts made in promoting the project.
