EBITDA of around £15m a year is around £15m a year more than "nowt".

It's a small point but the "£20 MILLION of debt" is, in fact, £18.75m (see the Interim Results RNS of 28/06, note 10).

And so a higher price for natural gas is more beneficial to Angus than a lower price.

In fact, scrolling down the trades has brought home to me the extent of the transformation in UKOG's fortunes since the placing of 10/07.

For a long time, the £ amount of UKOG trades could be pitifully small, quite literally in the £10s or £100s.

But now there is no shortage of trades with a value in the £10s of thousands.

0.076p at the close v the last placing price of 10/07 of 0.015p - yes, in 20 days, that is a nice recovery.

Fully agree with that statement, the recent most impressive rise and volume have really shaken up the market in UKOG and the market's image and perception of UKOG.

There are now 3 trades of the same size showing as Aquis trades at 09:29:53, 2 at 0.03505p, 1 at 0.035p. The site where I am seeing them can't handle a negative sign, so that could be a trade at 0.03505p and its cancellation leaving the 1 trade at 0.035p.

But that is exactly the same trade which went through AIM at 09:29:37 so that could make a total of 142,857,143 shares at 0.035p x 2.

PS: if I remember right, Brockham was still looking encouraging at the time of the KZ interview of 12/07.

Maybe that is why they have said they will wait until the end of July for confirmation of what appears to be encouraging production.

Brockham is working on a 24-hour basis at the current time.

They have said they would wait until the end of July for confirmation of continued encouraging production at Brockham before undertaking additional work.

In M&A, there is also the "M" for mergers. Given ANGS's current lowly rating in the market, a merger may make more financial sense than an acquisition where a premium may be required.

Given the magnitude and the speed of the share price rise, the session so far is a perfectly healthy one, in continuing very good volume (3,743.6m as I write).
