@smrrty I think you are on the right tracks but the renewable capacity that you have used is the peak power capability, what you need to divide by is the total renewable energy generation for 2017, which is in TWh. Take a read of:

@Brockster. I'm invested. Why? Briefly: I believe we had issues during certification in 2016 - it was always going to take time to resolve those and with a bit of luck we are now well and truly on our way to commercialisation. Did I say luck? Indeed I did as at the end of the day it's a gamble - certainly not a share you'd put all your eggs in. Though it's one where the risk to return feels good, perhaps not 1:10:100 but maybe more like 1:5:25? Meaning 20% chance of 25 times return which would take the share price to above a penny from here. Though longer term we could be talking even greater than 100 if our tech is world leading.

At some point I'm expecting John Gunn to face the cameras to explain himself, but I strongly suspect that isn't going to happen until we've had a decent rising share price off some good credible news so he can focus more on the future of the company rather than explaining these doldrum years. From his point of view he has to be able to defend his actions whilst maintaining face, and I can't see him doing that today. Hopefully soon though.

Admittedly the shareholders deserve more answers than we are getting, and that should ring alarm bells, but even then what price is it worth a punt at? To me, on what we currently know, up to 0.07p - the minimum price the loan can be converted at.

At the end of the day if you don't (blind!) trust that JG can deliver on his vision then this probably isn't the share for you - unless of course the investment case becomes sufficiently compelled by concrete news and demonstrable progress, but by then the share price will likely have recovered somewhat anyway.

By my reckoning from the feasibility study, 120kt of ore per year produces around 2ktpa LCE. That can't be right... @$13,000 per tonne that's worth potentially $26m per year.

Unless it would adversely affect our competitive edge in making this public we deserve to know.

Leads to a system efficiency of (15 + 3) / 20 = 90%

From the RNS:

It seems unlikely that the system efficiency would have decreased, and in fact I'd expect it to be in the 95% ball park. Therefore the corresponding heat in (on a GCV basis) is likely in the range:

(15 + 6.4) / 0.9 = 23.8kW
(15 + 6.4) / 0.95 = 22.5kW

100% (!?) would simply be 15 + 6.4 = 21.4kW

So which is it JG? If we've got 2,000 hours under our belt we'll know much more than we are letting on. Spill the beans! ;-)

Should LENR prove economically viable as a residential or commercial heat source, it likely would make a good partner for our patented application of a Stirling Engine @smrrty. From what I can see the use of many platelets (one of our patented USP's) significantly reduces the dead volume which has traditionally been the Achilles heel of Stirling Engines. Though it seems the market sorely needs more details on the steady state COP under various operating parameters before it's ready to celebrate the stated successes of the last RNS.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to a heat exchange manifold for use in a Stirling engine. According to the present invention, the heat exchange manifold is provided using a platelet construction. Though you might be right about sentiment if they were to convert now, since the attached warrants expire 12 months from the day of conversion, they likely wouldn't want to convert unless they were reasonably confident the share price would be significantly higher within a year.

In theory(!) from the loan note holders perspective the optimum price for them to have their notes converted is at 0.07p when the previous day's closing share price is at 0.0933p. Of course multiples higher than this suits existing shareholders best :-)

It might tick your sentiment box @dougal, but not mine unless the conversion is above 0.1p.

The order this *should* play out is good news, share price rise, conversion. Not conversion, good news, share price rise...

Otherwise what was the point in issuing them in the first place? To me they seem more in our favour than the simple alternative at the time of a placing at 0.07p with attached warrants at that price.

But we can do better than 0.07p. At least we *should* be able to do better than 0.07p if we do indeed have world leading tech! and we are truly on the road to commercialising it. ;-)

That would have cost him just over £25k. I wonder if we might see a similar purchase in INSP over the coming days? Of course it's possible he's got a buy order in which he's finding hard to fill due to lack of sellers at these prices? £25k at say 0.05p is 50m shares. That's about double the volume for the 4 trading days in May.

If he doesn't buy anything then it says one of two things to me: he believes more in OCT than INSP, or he is in possession of insider information at this time - which isn't surprising as we are currently in discussions with various parties.

You can have some of mine, just not at these prices. ;-)

Lublin is over a 100 miles away, I'd say Rzeszów (about half the size by population) is more relevant as it is only 10km away from Glogów Malopolski, unless I am looking in completely the wrong place. ;-)
