The potential answer being that there is already a stockpile at the pubic port which will be shipped later this month, with the intention to restock it from the stockpiles at our private port during July... :-)))

It's hard to say @tomcat. If they come back with an improved 25p (say) a shares offer then it will feel like a win-win for everyone scenario. We, and (some) others will win short term, they will win longer term - assuming the lithium price recovers!

If EMH shares respond favourably when the market wakes up to what's going on here, it's possibly they'll come back with an improved offer...

Indeed @Dallas. And it has been hinted at by BCN on several occasions they could be looking at 50ktpa, which will mean more of our JV's and sooner than the market is anticipating...
