I believe your post is right, work plan, budget and paperwork must be in place before they granted us.

I'm not looking a small gain here (like 2p or 4p). I think we will see £2.00 next year (Mid or end of January).
Just remember, speculation will start any day in January as we don't know exactly how much they will pay and which day.
The share price still cheap, (I think) today is the opportunity that some investors have been waiting.
Look at the Buys £36k then £60k. Do you think those trades are here to lose their Capital?
At £2.00 how much they will be in profit?

JonhLewis, at the least they will pay us back now. I understand that will take another month or 45 days (they don't give specific day). May be they reach the agreement related all those late payments and the company can start think about manage the capital for next Year. Personally, I think we will see a blue day here (can be wrong of course) and today it's an opportunity to get more shares at low price (if Genel turn to negative)
