Dozzawba, I believe your theory it's valid and well elaborated, but how we can be sure if MB asked for license since 9th Sept?
Did you contacted them before? I didn't have enough time the last 2 months.
Really busy at UNI project and others things to do.
Do you know if anyone here sent MB an email asking about License?

If we get another good or huge contract we can go up to 30p (I think) like we have had before, but to reach £1.00 Santa must come twice at PYC Office... lol

It's true, but according to the Mongolian Law we have 1 month to report and then 90 days to get the license.
I strong believe Petro Matad Team are aware about this and they already provided all information regards to scope details.
Petro China could be our Partnership to explore, Petrovis distribute channel (value chain) + shareholders happy + some brokers to Buy our shares with a deep pocket will be good for us.
It's question of time now Mate and I hope we get the approval soon as possible.

We found Oil (reported 09/09/2019) they must inform the Minister Mining & Oil in 30 days and license can be granted in 90 days. Next month, I believe we will see the RNS about

Chapter 6 - Exploration = 24.6.The boundaries of the exploitation area shall be measured pursuant to clause 24.4.5 of this law and the work of placing boundary markers shall be performed by the respective professional body within 90 days of the issuance of the exploitation license.

I'm expecting 104.5 - 105.00 range today

Two really good RNS's today, first over 5% holding then shares purchases by the Company. Less shares available in the Market for us and the price still not high.

We are not allow to pass 103.50 mark? lol

I believe we are not far to get the license. The PDF suggest the Company must inform the Minister of Minerals soon they find Oil and from that day or in 30 days after they need to inform the Government.
I'm sure MB sent them all information necessary to get the license soon as possible.
Still cheaper to Buy at this level.

I posted a link regards to, license exploration time frame. According to them, can take 90 days after Oil discovered.
MB mention that on the interview, they have been already in talk and possible submitted to Minister of Mineral Exploration Resources (something). I don't remember exactly the actual name, but I think it's not longer now to them to grant us.
Middle of next month maybe? Or less? The Government needs us, we will generate income, tax, will employee locals and help the country. I don't see any subjection to delay the license. As the share price, we know soon we get the license, they price will not be the same.
