If this is the re-rate based on JV deal for the Phalaborwa Rare Earths Project then I can not wait for updates on Rainbow's Gakara Project, never mind when the Gajara formal JORC compliant resource and and technical feasibility study are completed in 12 months time.

Guessing a price for shares issue has been agreed?
“ A total consideration of US$750,000, in a combination of cash and shares (priced based on the prevailing Rainbow share price on date of issue), shall be paid by Rainbow to Bosveld in three equal tranches over twelve months, with the first tranche being payable after completion of an initial due diligence process. The due diligence process is expected to last up to 35 days and a further announcement will be made on completion of the due diligence process. “

If all goes to plan just as soon as the Sasol pilot plant, which remains on site and is available to be recommissioned under the Agreement, is put into production.
