Need Millennium International Management LP to close their Hyve short. They are now short 0.7% as of 26 Nov 2020.

How was it a surprise? They announced they need $3.2m already. It was only a surprise if you hadn’t read any of the old RNS.
Suppose it’ll be a surprise to you when they issue the first tranche to Bosveld?
Is it a surprise that the higher the sp the less dilution? Depending when the agreed issue price was met between RBW and Bosveld.

They said in RNS how much funding was needed. Now funded for next stage on 2 x projects. One step closer to production on JV. Mining fleet to be expanded increasing exploration capacity and 12-18 month time scale for JORC resource report.

Once the cash runs out there will be another raise. Board have stated they want to keep dilution to a minimum, and put their hands in their own pocket.

It will be surprise if its 9p in 12 months.
