southcoast bather. Lovely optimism but we're due a general market coreection next year. The current share action doesnt show any sign of slowing down.... inflation doesnt show any sign of subsiding either. For Boo - inflation is the wortlst possible scenario as it erodes skimpy margins

Its unfortunate - but if it goes sub £1.50 - who knows where the floor is. Never seen a share decline so rapidly - except Fastjet and AIB.

in my share trading account the share price starts from the right and seems to always go to the left. unrelentlessly being dragged down.

That is good. I'm signficantly invested here but I'm thinking back to when I bought AiB banl at €4.40. It slipped to €3.75 and then to €3.30. I loaded up 100k + thinking it surely cannot go much lower as its NAV per share was €.5.40. It went to 82 pence within two months. I don't think that will happen here... but then there have been so many shares where I thought I got the floor.

Pedro - the risk doesnt seem to phase them.

Pedro - I have very specific reasons why I think Boohoo is a retail winner. A shakeout from shorters isn't going to change the reasons I am invested here.

Pedro - just private investors on the downside increasing their holdings in the hope of a rise - shorters are doing the same in the hope of a dip. There's now millions of shares to buy back. Very risky for shorters!

Oh thanks Kallu - Should have listened to you. After online is going to go into reverse - I can really see that from going around the city thats getting less and less busy over the years.

Trading for good - you are correct - shorting is happening on an almost daily basis and driving the share price well below even 2017 levels when sales were a fraction of todays.

By all accounts from the webtraffic statistics and other things posted on social media - its been very busy for boohoo and its stable of 9 brands. We havent seen that in an update - but its growing online nicel is my hunch. As for Shein - it will some day face further investigations and sanctions imo. so Boohoo is only doing what Shein will be forced to do in future.

Well its 60% down from highs and sales have grown about 60% since then. Two lines going in opposite directuon. A growing business declining in value. Strange way for the market to value something.

Citadel shorting yesterday : 0.12% and no doubt more shorts today.

Blught 3 lots of £10k each.

As regards Pedro - I would let bygones be bygones. Life too short.
