My understanding is that they were expecting to progress 17m per day, but they are ( were) actually achieving up to 3 times that. In fact the expanded concrete section production line couldn’t keep up which explains the additional offsite production.
I agree that the situation with the vertical shaft need some explanation.

We were involved in a TFL trial covering two complete bus routes over a 12 months timescale, which was rumoured to have been circa 70 buses. I am not aware that this has progressed much further than a trial. However we have been successfully installed in the TFL trams since the fatal accident (following a driver fatigue issue). The answer to TFL fatigue issues are therefore already well understood, they just need to get the cheque book out!

Earl, when you were cast out to wander the barren desert you were not alone, in fact part of a cast of thousands. In front of us now is a man descending from the mount dressed shepherd like ( but no tie) clutching proudly a ‘tablet’... sorry.
My opinion for what it’s worth is that a master plan for dominance in dms is now coming very much to fruition. The three pillars and Qualcomm details are now well understood, but the board chose not to include guidance... in addition cenkos chose to stomp on the running away sp. imho this was all tied into the investor roadshow which has now completed. When the final duck is lined up our sp will be allowed to flourish.
It’s quite plausible that I’m borderline certifiable, but I have no desire to sell - not even a few, in fact quite the opposite. The gates to the green pastures that you allude to are being opened right before our eyes... and it’s blooming lovely.

He adds that Airbus would have provided a “specially designed version” of the -1000 “to allow us to do these sectors economically – and the business case looked really good.”

Joyce made the remarks during an interview on the Reuters Next virtual conference.

“I’m optimistic that the [Project Sunrise] business case will still look good,” says Joyce. ‘[But] we’re obviously not going to put an order in for new aircraft until we see the international markets recovering.”

He contends that in a post Covid-19 world, people will have a preference for flying direct, as opposed to flying through hubs.

Longer flights need extra pilots, or for one of your two existing pilots to sleep while the other is closely monitored for distraction and fatigue, which clearly would be far more economic. The data of what the pilot looked at (and when )would be golden information if stored in the black box for accident investigators. Clearly regulatory approval is required but once proven in simulators...

If only we could think of someone who can provide a license for the data, simulator evidence and contacts who might want to sell the next generation of aviation black box technology...

Aviation is always described as being extraordinarily lucrative, but with very long lead times and rigorous regulatory requirements. When news finally gets released then hold on tight!

My first thoughts were that the upgrade was thrown together without having had any real consideration, possibly by the office junior in between making tea... But if there’s serious interest from big money investors in the offing perhaps they have actually given this some considerable thought ...

Rjb, it would be very wrong of me to simply answer your question, each of us have different financial situations and wildly different attitudes towards risk, but I’m comfortable with giving you a few thoughts to consider.

In my opinion this has a very long way to go... and then some!

If the I and the other long term holders could accurately assess timescales then we wouldn’t have been here a long time.

It never rises in a straight line, and only a fool would imagine that there won’t be hiccups along the way.

Some advice given is deliberately wrong, given unscrupulously for their own reasons.

The reason that well researched holders stick around is simply because of what they have discovered in their research.

I’m no expert and by now should know not to post anything after wine o clock...doh!

Most of us have been here since Adam was a lad, and the reason we stick around is simply because we clearly understand the absolute enormity of what we are involved in.
Whilst the 3 pillars strategy is brilliant, I’m becoming increasingly concerned that new investors are not understanding what we have. For example the significance of licensing.
The phrase “ don’t invest in something that you don’t understand “ becomes increasingly relevant.
Would someone like to put together a company précis aimed at new investors who are not techies. I started myself and quickly realised that others would probably be more successful!

Faz, I strongly suspect that the majority of the regulars here - myself included absolutely agree with your thoughts, and for exactly the same reasons. It’s simply the timescale of the next 12 months with Covid-19 not yet behind us that drove my more cautious expectations. Nothing would please me more than to buy you a beer for being the closest... except of course seeing2020 nailing it!
