Hi AM,
Most people left here because of all of the deliberate trolling, there’s now a thriving community of nearly 300 on Telegram which you can ask to join. At the top of the page you will find a selection of pinned messages such as interviews which will assist researching should you require.
Sully, Thanks but I’m not looking to buy anytime soon… but I am concerned about anything that might hamper sales of vehicles that have our technology. The idea that tariffs might reduce VW and BMW sales does nothing to brighten my day.
LONDON — The European Commission proposed a three-year delay to new Brexit tariffs on electric vehicles and unveiled a package of support for the EU battery industry.
The plan — which was pushed for by London and European carmakers — is expected to be approved by EU member state ambassadors in a meeting next week.
Without the change, 10 percent tariffs are due to hit EVs traded across the English Channel from January 1 2024 when existing grace periods in the post-Brexit Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) expire.

I felt that Isabel (CFO) came across well which was comforting.
There was some (albeit only a little ) acknowledgment of over promising but under delivering. The situation is regrettable but taking ownership of the problem is a very good starting point for putting it right.
I’m glad of the explanation of having identified 7 pieces of equipment that are posing a potential risk to future production, and that each has been assessed as to the various options to mitigate that risk, including overproduction to create a buffer, and more specific planned maintenance. An update on this would seem particularly appropriate in the weeks ahead, since this was central to the bottleneck problems mentioned.
It was stated that the future is bright, that the OEMs are supportive and that quality exceeds expectations which is clearly positive, but it’s a missed opportunity not to have made more of both what has been achieved and what’s still to look forward to…in order to close the presentation in a more positive manner.
As requested a transcript of the Saturday mail stock watch.
Surface transforms which makes carbon ceramic brake discs for cars lost more than a third of its value after it lowered its sales outlook. The AIM listed firm made £1 million of sales in October. Its best month so far this year, but said this was still less than expected, and challenges in production mean the group will reach the required manufacturing rate later than hoped. It Therefore reduced its sales forecast for 2023 to 8.6 million £ having made 6,300,000 to date shares plunged 31.9% or 7.5p to 16p
Since November last year there have been circa 71 reported purchases of shares, most of them from the three most senior staff namely CFO CEO and chairman plus Lombards man on the board. This tells me everything that we need to know about the expectations from the very top of our company ie the individuals who are best placed to know and understand everything.
Vascular welcome, There’s a telegram group of 296 investors for see with a number of pinned articles at the top, which are helpful for research if you’re interested. We migrated there to avoid the paid trolls here.
Unfortunately it’s coming too late as most people no longer even bother with this platform. Undoubtedly it will shortly begin again… as they continue once more under a new name. we await a new poster who begins innocently enough before returning to type as a paid troll, intent on creating doubt and deceiving the less well researched. At that point I will be adding number 13 to my filter list.
Trendmatters, welcome to the board.
This particular board has unfortunately (for some time) been taken over by paid trolls, which admin has allowed to effectively destroy any discussion. Most people have long since migrated to the telegram platform because it doesn’t tolerate that behaviour. The 293 members will try to answer your questions, but there’s a collection of pinned posts at the top which are particularly helpful for research.

From an investor standpoint it remains unclear whether Collins or Qantas will now take the lead on pilot fatigue monitoring for these aircraft.
From a travellers standpoint it seems like an attractive prospect, this large aircraft has to haul so much fuel that there’s only capability for 238 passengers. The first and business class will be ultra spacious bordering on cavernous, with premium economy likely to fill the rest, cattle class is unlikely to feature anywhere. When we all become seelionaires we can visit Lewbos yacht (the all at see) in style.
Horzabora, project sunrise was 6 weeks away from signing up Boeing to redesign and build the aircraft necessary for direct flights from London or NY to Sydney. Covid delayed the decision but the business case apparently remains and Boeing are now in the design stage.
It has been requested that we observe the annual end of year competition, so with thanks once again to Sophie and Kaycee for supplying the prizes…
First choice of prize goes to whom ever is closest to guessing the end of year closing share price (12-30pm 29th Dec).
Second choice of prize goes to whom ever is closest to guessing the highest share price spike of this calendar year.
A volunteer to correlate entries in chronological order would be appreciated. There is a photo of the shirt, caps, and water bottle prize choices on telegram.
Good luck everybody!
