This is a fantastic start to the year for Engsolve and proves that there remains a substantial opportunity to grow the business in its own right, as well as a subsidiary of PHE. The fact that we have already secured contracts similar in size to last year's turnover in just the first four months of 2025 is testament to the teams' hard work and professionalism, as well as the growing reputation and expertise of Engsolve.

Yes, that's hopefully correct. News will definitely come and I'm hoping in the year end report in early June.

Regardless of what the Whites are doing the year end report including updates must be published.

I'm absolutely sure progress is being made in multiple areas. We just don't know yet.

How many shares (guesstimate) do you think they may have sold and at what average price?

You're quite right. I must admit I've lost some interest in following what's going on. A lot of talk about TR1's here and White's selling etc. However, looking at the PHE website it would appear that only a relatively small number of shares have been sold by the White's since last year (they still hold 523m shares!).

We've had the CMD (we don't really know if it's been a success) although, at the time everyone seemed pretty impressed with what they saw.. Hopefully, an update is due but, as yet, nothing, total radio silence. We've had the raise and the sp has remained flat ever since (at the time I'm sure this was in response to a sudden change in market conditions?). Very disappointing.

If the proceeds of the raise have been used to accelerate r&d at Bridgend etc... then, a progress update will be due but, again nothing as yet.

Since March its all been a bit too quiet leaving shareholders guessing. A mix of negativity, theory and greener grass elsewhere etc.

I've held my shares and now I'm down a fair bit. News will definitely arrive plus, year end report soon so, all I can do now is wait.

I think he had about 30m a month ago so, he could be almost out now. Maybe this is the final push?

I'm guessing that once HW is out then, PE can get the news flowing again.

I'd say its also a great time to buy. The placing is holding the sp back a little but, news developments are emerging, in particular lccm.

More good news flow once the placing process has cleared could result in a substantial sp gain IMHO.

Dare I mention it but, what became of those TR1's some of us were predicting?

Also, do we think PE will be issuing a Technical Centre update soon or maybe some news on sales progress?
