Okay.

I can understand folks here feeling very unhappy with the share price track record. Many here are probably holding from 10p and higher. So, that's not a good place to be.

However, I don't blame DB as I have always found him to be honest and a very  straightforward kind of a guy. I think he's run the company very well over the years. It's been his life and passion.

He was quick to adapt and to change the direction of ujo in the face of eco hostilities and his move into the USA is proving to be a wise one.

I spoke with DB some time ago now and he told me he was finally reaping the rewards of a life times service and why not. I've no problem at all with hire receiving dividends. But, some folks seem very unhappy about this.

The usa will deliver more going forwards and it will do so multiple times quicker than anything ujo could achieve here in UK. It will also be a darn sight more exciting than slow boggy old red tape England too!

DB doesn't control the sp of course but, he can work to add shareholder value which I know he is trying hard to do. The usa is definitely the answer but, it still takes time.

The Sark well doesn't sound like it's a duster to me. Far from it. I'm happy to wait for the next update which sounds like it's due in November.

Meanwhile, there will no doubt be other news to focus on. If the sp does dip a bit lower this week then I'll buy more as I'm super confident it will be much higher later this year.

They have confirmed a successful drill and that oil is free-flowing to the surface.

A 30 day period of detailed testing is about to commence.

The buy/sell data clearly isn't complete.

The PHE team have been extremely busy working at pace behind the scenes both optimising the technology and analysing client waste profiles.

It's all better than expected and still improving.

The potential clients are there and at a mid resurch stage.

All happen within the last six months too! Amazing 👏

It will only take one line in an rns to transform PHE. If there is a hint or even confirmation that a FTU contract is coming then, we're in a whole new ball game. The sp will gap up faster than you can catch it. You need to be in it to win it.

If folks don't believe anything is progressing behind the scenes and it's all doom and gloom for the next two years then, maybe it's time for them to sell up.

There seems to be a lot of negativity on this board and that's understandable if you bought in much higher than where the sp is today. For me it's the best time to be topping up. I think the CFO had the same idea. He isn't looking to throw his money down the drain. He's in the know.

Personally, I believe its all progressing at pace behind the scenes. There will definitely be many RNS's before this year is out and dozens more next year. Its a strong buy for me.

Just wait for the bickering to start when the sp takes off.

The half yearly report should be out this week or possibly early next week.

It should make for interesting reading especially if it provides an update on the ftu contracts in hand. There could be some news regarding interested clients and progress being made.

The 2024 half yearly report stated the following financial information:

Financial Performance

· Revenues for the half year of £385.7k (H1 2023: nil).

· Gross Profit for period £98.2k (H1 2023: nil).

· £2.7m cash at bank at 30 June 2024 (30 June 2023: £4.9m).

Again, it will be interesting to see how these figures have changed .

The cfo recently made a substantial purchase of shares and this was then followed by the broker note updating the market on possible npv calculations for any future contracts.

I believe these events are all moving towards an announcement from phe regarding their progress with the ftu contracts. The broker note is giving investors an understanding of the likely valuations of any such contracts. If news does materialise soon then, the share price will react accordingly.

Hopefully some clues to progress in the half yearly report soon. Should be be published within next couple of weeks.

I'm not at present invested here but, on noticing the fall in sp to 5p following the £2m raise, I thought I'd take a look.

I've been invest here many a time over the years and 5p looks, at first sight,  to be a bargain basement entry.

However, on reading through some recent RNS's to catch up, I can hardly believe what I'm reading.

The 23rd July placing to raise £2m appears, if I'm reading it correctly, to have now been withdrawn. The sp remains at 5p.

What is going on here and is 5p actually the bargain price I thought it might be?

Any replies would be welcome.

So, we could reasonably expect a few of these to be at an advanced stage of negotiation/planning. Possibly an announcement coming soon?

Looks like the sp is once again trying to move north. There's no news announced as yet so, either it's pi's getting on board or the mm's are upping the price ahead of news (could be they know something). Who knows? But, it feels like something may be close to happening to me.

My feeling is that news is due throughout September on a number of different fronts. Castle is probably right in saying the sp will accelerate from early September through to Q4 but, I'm not sure about 12p.

So, if news starts arriving fist week of September then, folks have the next two weeks to top at these lows. I think this is why the CFO added on 31st July, as it counts as a July purchase with news arriving  Sept. (from his view it's actually only about a 30 day wait or so).

It's easy to lose heart in August as Aug is generally such a quiet month with people away on hols etc. But, I'm sure there is a lot of work continuing in the background and the news will come through very soon.

Get ready for the derampers and doom merchants when the sp starts to take off!

The thing is. They may be helping themselves to a few shares but, if they want to see a return then they'll have to get the sp up.

They're already well invested and the options (very nice reward) will hopefully ensure they'll get the price as high as possible.

Personally, I don't think they'll be satisfied with 1p or 2p. I think they are looking for a lot more than that.

I reckon they will eventually sell off crl to the Americans or Chinese at a good price or to a local rival company. That's perhaps how they'll eventually realise their investment.

Okay, thinking about the obvious here. It's an incentive scheme to help encourage and retain key employees. Therefore, the option price is set low to benefit those employees as soon as possible.

If they had set the bar at 0.75/1p then, the employees could be waiting for quite some time before they can join in.

There may be further option announcements at a later date which may then be set at a higher level.

I'm thinking this is the reason for the low price.

There are also other mining companies in Cornwall all looking for highly experienced staff and this will hopefully protect our interests in the short-term.
