JP leaving suggests to me that LCCM is probably a dead duck and may take years to pass on to some other mug (no mention of it in latest rns). SML no longer needs a ceo based in Australia. The UK is where it's at with Redmoor.

Without doubt an excellent set of financial results and beyond expectations. The share price remains pretty much unchanged.

For me the key movers going forward will be a deal for LCCM (I think this is what's really holding back the sp) and 'updated geological model and ultimately a revised new mineral resource' for Redmoor.

I'm sure the company will deliver on both of these in time.Im hoping the newly appointed directors will make the difference.

It's highly unlikely in my opinion but, not entirely impossible I suppose. If a deal is soon concluded for LCCM and a substantial CuS discovery then made later in the year. Then, may be a USA mining company invests in Redmoor bringing the Cornwall project I to focus then, who knows. We could hit 10p.

It's a lot of then's and maybe's plus a bit of imagination!

I've no idea what LCCM could be worth or how much $ potential Redmoor has but, £180m valuation could in theory be doable.

What I find baffling if this is true is that, a CEO of a Plc company can pay out a dividend plus, draw a fat paycheck and then say there isn't enough money to progress the business and a raise is needed.

If true, then that is what I'd call utter financial planning incompetence and recklessness.

A wise move in my opinion MrJ. I'm buying in at these lowsfor the same reasons. DB will update the market just as soon as he has the data from the US. Things don't always happen quite as quickly as originally expected.

The sp has been drifting lower for a while now and the old gang of ex cons have been shorting it in the background. Desperately trying the crash the sp for their own gains. They pedal the same old crap about share dilution and utterly ridiculous nonsense about going bust.

As soon as the so called Hot Testing phase is confirmed a success and the investor presentations are showcasing the new technology I think we can expect the sp to break new highs.

It's true to say it's been a pretty dire performance the past few years falling from the 30's. I can understand the poor sentiment which is dominating this share but, imo its still a great company with a number of opportunities in the pipeline. I think the sp will bounce back during 2025.

UJO is profitable and pays a dividend which is better than most AIM stocks.

For me it's a good bet at 9p-ish.

The dilution you refer to is small. Only 141m against the current 4,200m shares. Also, it's unlikely they will all cash in their options at the same time and in whole.

Many companies reward their directors with share options. It's quite normal and reflects confidence in the future share price.

If they don't add value then they won't gain anything. If they do well then we'll do well.

Where could the sp be in 5 years from now?

If all goes to plan and PHE roll out their licenced and patented technologies in multiple locations worldwide then, where will the company sp be?

Could it reach 50p? Maybe more? A buyout target in the industry? Who knows.

Anything could happen and no doubt the current bod's/management will benefit big time. I'm sure they know this and now is the time for them to set up their options and future rewards.

If they do well then we'll do well.

This is good news.

It suggests that the bod's have great confidence in what they are achieving and for the future of the company. They are very confident that the share price will rise significantly above the 1p option price. This should give shareholders reassurance going forward.
