Regarding the warrants.

I assume that the holders are exercising the warrants ahead of good news arriving. They buy the shares in at a very low price and then sell into the rise when the good news lands. In theory.

Actually, I topped up at 1.68p which is bang on my longer term average. I tend to buy small amounts (40k shares today) but, regularly rather than wait for one buying in opportunity. Each to their own though.

I'm not absolutely convinced it will drop to 1.3p today or thus week but, it could.

I've actually just topped up a little at 1.69p.

If you're going to hop on board then start buying now. It will only take one rns to send this flying up again.

It's a great opportunity in my opinion.

I've just been looking at the candle chart and there does look like a small gap up dating about 21/05/2024 at c.1.30p area. So, if the gap is going to be closed then a brief drop down to that level could happen. A great buying top up opportunity if it does.

I'm guessing each contract or project will be different in size and value. It would be really interesting to have some idea as to what size these deals could be plus, the value to PHE of the ongoing engineering package in each case. May vary quite a lot.

Again I'm guessing that each contract must be in the hundreds of thousands or possibly millions for larger projects?

Anyway, your calculations plus, the 14 kilns does start to give a sense of scale for the operation. Obviously, the numbers may well be off somewhat as its all subject to guesswork as well as some known facts. But nonetheless, gives us an idea.

There was a recent post by someone claiming that a total of 14 kilns had be ordered originally. Maybe not all intended to arrive at once I guess but, this may be a clue to the scaling up. That is, multiple kilns of current capacity rather than larger ones.

I'm not sure that PHE is really at the II investment stage yet. PHE is still in the early phases of proving itself as a new technology cash generating business and with an mcap of just c.£80m it may not satisfy II criteria yet.

Maybe once the royalty/fee deals are up and running and the mcap is well established above £100m it may become more investable.

Just my personal thoughts.

So, why would they have originally ordered x12 kilns?

• To scale up processing?

• To develop additional sites?

• To have spare back ups?

Have they ordered x12 kilns from the Chinese or maybe planning too? Subject to test running the first kiln perhaps?

Who knows but, it's a curious bit of inside info obtained by Scooby.

The more I look into this company the more interested I get. There's a lot going on and multiple opportunities for success. 

Are we heading north? I reckon so.

I'm assuming that news on the European patent being granted may come soon. If it does then, there could be a renewed push north of 2p.

Be great if this news lands ahead of the kiln news.

The kiln should be arriving in the UK sometime mid June and then maybe some customs red tape etc... followed by delivery to the site. This event I think will probably drive the sp further north especially if there's a video interview update from Paul Emmitt.

There may well be other news too but, either way I can see good possibilities for a continuing rise in sp well into the summer and q3 / q4.

Where its all heading is a guessing game really at this stage but, I'm hoping we could reach 4p-ish.

I'd like to have some rough guide as to the likely size of these future contracts that are based on a royalty/fee basis plus, design, build and maintenance. I imagine they would be worth typically be in the hundreds of thousands of pounds each. The IP news should underpin the sales agreements on these deals. How many such deals could be coming in the next few years I wonder?

Will PHE become one of the key components for hydrogen production in the UK and across Europe and elsewhere? Will there be jv projects to collaborate with other companies including the major oil companies who are now investing in green energy initiatives?

I think it's very exciting times for a small aim company like PHE. There are more questions than answers for me at the moment. 

Yes, I guess stages of progress after the initial announcement that the kiln has arrived and that all is in order and as expected with the equipment.

If progress is ahead of original timescales then that will no doubt be welcomed by the market and help the sp. I think q3 is being aimed for rather than q4.

Once the kiln arrives (which will be yet another major milestone achieved) then, what share price movement are folks expecting?

A move back to 2p or maybe higher?

Okay Red Hornet. I understand what you're saying but, the market looks forward at potential and the sp reacts accordingly.

Think of it like this:

If PHE had a takeover offer then at what price/valuation would the company be at? I'd say, now that they have

secured the IP and hopefully worldwide IP the value would be a mid range company size of £100 - £200m.

I don't think any offers below that would be acceptable.

Yes, I agree there's a big dollop of guesstimate in this.

The valuation for the company is currently based on its potential to scale up its business in the UK and worldwide. The patent news now guarantees their intellectual property and paves the way forwards. The European patent will be granted very soon now that the challenger has dropped their objections. Soon PHE will have a worldwide patent allowing them to develop business and a pace.

A 4p price is in my opinion low compared to the worldwide opportunities ahead.

Following yesterday's news this should be 4p+
