I've just looked this GetGo company up on CompaniHouse.

They changed their name to Onunda on 14th December and appointed some new directors. It's a very small business with very few assets and low turnover.

They are based in Carlisle Cumbria and are focused on lake water pollution issues.

In my opinion they are unlikely to be in a position to fight any costly legal patent cases. Makes no sense to me and I would guess this dispute will amount to nothing.

I agree, neither good or bad. It's essentially no change in status since last time. The last buy of the day appears to be at 0.46 so, be interesting to see what happens tomorrow morning.

The Company understands that, if GetGo decides to pursue the Claim, service has to take place within four months from the date of filing, i.e. by 6 February 2024, and that timescales then apply for delivering to the Company the Claimant's detailed Particulars of Claim.

I was in profit yesterday, all be it a xmall one. A typical ramp up then swiftly followed by the usual dump. Oh well.

However, I feel this share is set to rise on good news so I'll hold and add more when I can. Like so many half decent aim companies I find it's always a long waiting game that tests my faith!

SML shareholders are await/expecting news on the Cobre project (new client), news on Redmoor grant and the Big one LCCM. You need to watch the Proactive video interview recently with cross John Peters promising no share raises and big news coming Q1.

I missed out on HE1 but, hold a few million shares in SML which I reckon is about to multibag.

Got a small holding here now for a punt. See what happens. Hopefully some good news due.

Just bought a small load at 0.38 based on @zakstraderscafe posts on X.

Looks like this will quickly break the 200dma and bust 0.45.can it 10 bag to 3p-idh?

I've topped up today buying 100 @ 25.76 and then 100 @ 25.41.

Not a million miles off the 1 and 5 year lows.

At these lows I'm betting on a recovery back to 30+ by Jan 24.

Meanwhile, close to 9% div to sit on!

BHP seems to be getting a mention in the SML tweets. Is there something in this I wonder?

Well, if it is true and an rns is coming then great and typical that we find out ahead of sml making an anno.
If the PEPR is now approved then I reckon funding will follow fairly soon. Let's hope.
If the sp holds on Tuesday then I'll top up .. feels like it may be finally starting to happen.
