The only other possibility is that DB told me that ujo are financial planning ahead for a possible second covid shut down after Christmas.
Maybe if a placing is planned then it will be raise funds in advance of any such event.

It was definitely North Broughton near Wressle.
He describes NB and Wressle between them both, as holding immense scope.
I don't know much about NB as yet but, clearly the Wressle project and surrounding area holds much greater opportunity than perhaps we realise.
For me UJO seems to be involved with some very interesting projects including of course WN.
DB has said he only needs one of these projects to succeed and ujo will be transformed.

Yes, DB says it fell for a number of reasons .. fall in poo, twitter comments, expectations for the main rig arrival etc.. plus, placing rumours which BMD then reinforced a few days ago with his prediction/insider tipoff

In this case BMD may have had a tip off but, I'm satisfied after speaking to DB that he definitely didn't get his tip off from ujo or spa or PR company.

Actually, yes, I think DB made reference to NB with Wressle. My mistake.

Brent has recently fallen from $47down to sub$40 and this has clearly caused a fall accross most oil stocks including UJO. Any upturn should hopefully lift ujo.
I spoke to DB yesterday and asked him about the recent decline in ujo sp and the so called leaked placing.
Obviously he couldn't comment on a placing coming but, he did emphasise that all the present projects are fully funded and that auditors are satisfied with the funds in hand to ensure ujo meets all regulatory requirements. The company accounts will show that all is healthy at ujo. To date there have only been six placings I believe.
Any suggestions that a leak has originated from the bod or the PR company or indeed SPA is utter nonsense.
Therefore, my guess is that BMD sometimes guesses right and sometimes gets a tip off via some other means. His recent posts have probably contributed to the recent concerns of investors.
Other, contributing factors had to be all the misleading Twitter images and again, the utter nonsense about hard rocks and granite boulders! Plus, many other ridiculous comments which almost certainly caused doubt in the minds of some investors.
Fact: the 80m has now been completed successfully and the site is now being prepared to accept the main rig.
The focus for all investors in ujo should be the WN drill and the development of Wressle.
DB also reminded me that although WN presents an immense opportunity for the company, transformational infact. The highly technical drill of over 2km is by no means an easy task. However, he said that even a modicum of oil success during the drill will place ujo at the racecourse.
He also made reference to the nearby North Broughton as being of equal opportunity. I need to read up on this

If a placing comes then I'm not in any way bothered.

I'm now focusing on the arrival of the main rig and the progress at WN over the coming two months.

I'm also looking forward to news on Wressle.

Let's hope good sentiment returns soon and the sp recovers.

This absolutely confirms in my mind that the 80m has been successfully completed.
I hope you are the first to catch the main rig photos as it arrives to site.

It's taken a bit longer than I was expecting but, we now know that the small rig has completed its task successfully and the site offices are being unloaded/set up.
The main rig must be next and could even arrive late today.

It will now be all eyes on site and more photos.

That's right Paul and that may be where the problem lies with these leaks. An unhealthy connection between the PR company and BMD.
Perhaps DB should find a new PR company if there is an issue there.

Well that's just it. The gang will jerk this up when it suits them. What can we do? But,time is running out as news and interviews will be coming very soon.
Okay, if there is a placing then the sp may drop a bit lower. If so, then top up otherwise, hold on to what you've already got.
The sp won't stay low forever more. It will go up and hit new highs imho.

It does look like a placing is on the cards but, at what price I personally couldn't say. It could be as low as 0.1 or as high as 0.2 who kknows.There may not even be a placing or it may be pulled, again who knows.
It's all guess work.
UJO have had quite a few placings over the years! So, its nothing new and absolutely nothing to get over excited about imo.
Now where's that rig?

I hear what you're saying and it may seem easy to blame BD and bod but unfortunately, these problems are not clear cut or easy to prove. The whole of AIM is like this and it's a dangerous place for inexperienced investors as well as the longtermers. The main market is safer.
I feel very sorry for folks who post here saying they've sold out at a massive loss. It's not funny. I've lost large amounts myself in the past due to listening to all the crap that gets posted. All I can say for UJO is listen to DB's interviews and read the RNS's and base your investments on those.

You have to be aware that there is a huge amount of money to be made here soon and some of these Twitter gang players have very large sums to play with. Way more the most of us.
Sometimes they act as cornerstone investors and can probably access privileged information that we can't. They may also have insiders at brokers etc.. who may leak out information.
UJO is a rare opportunity and the gang will be working this all they can imho.
There will no doubt be a lot more trouble to come as the sp rises on good news.
There's nothing we can do about it and I doubt if DB can do much either. Hes not to blame imo.
If you believe in your investment then hold for the good news. Accumulate if you can.
