No idea who is selling.

Just a thought. I note that some investors have bought and sold to work their average down. I’m not able/clever enough to do this. However, just wonder if a large institution might just play a similar game to work a postion and so be in a better position later or obtain more shares.

Anyways should get the dividend on of the week. Not sure if I will add more as over loaded here.

Only hold a small amount (10K shares) here as looking to steadily build a larger position over next year. Steady eddy investment so not much to say. But 6%+ dividend is nice.

September 0.5p dividend announcement and looks as though the Total dividend for the year will exceed 7p so nice final bonus of 1p+ in addition to the 0.5p in November 🤞

Well I suppose they see 85p as floor 😬

Probably the best use of £520 from the company, no doubts found in the back of Rusty’s sofa.

Added this morning getting my average down (50.15p). Still down when considering the SP is around 20% lower. 🤕

Little bit more than what I thought it might be (1.25p per qtr), but not surprised that it was cut.

LTV upto 51.9% but not the bad scenario of 60%, some were saying we would breach. They remain committed to getting this towards 40% (Would expect them to say that though).

Seems the answer to Q3 is mainly in DEC’s court, as they clearly aren’t able to explain to Analysts the Biz model in the recent conf call . Hence it would seem the divergence in Price performance between other US companies. Not sure it’s all because of UK small investors day trading. 🤷🏻

No doubts the update on the 12th will add clarity to the situation. Dividend / NAV and outlook.

Roll on tomorrow’s Results and hopefully a good updated presentation with some good news to boot.

Just speculation on my part, so any views welcome. Could DEC brokers have negotiated with the Large seller on a price for their shares and so not actively sought to do an in market piecemeal buy back.

Sentiment is pretty shot and MMs dropping SP on low volume. Reckon we’ve had less than £320K traded, but 2.5% drop.

Low liquidity seen across the board at the moment. No cash to add and at present need to add elsewhere for balance. (Probably not a good idea to keep looking at my PF at the moment 🤕).

Added more, now sub 102p average. At some point the market will reappraise the biz model and hopefully we re rate upwards accordingly. Hopefully back towards 120p. But in the meantime the dividend is very nice 😉

Must admit added 5K shares yesterday afternoon and 5K more this morning. Now sub 51p in my ISA. (Still working on a 5p annual dividend following a cut 😕. Hopefully it’s not).
