Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
They were in apparent "advanced" discussions with JV partner(s) back in January. what if one of those partners pulled out? what if they had to start from scratch. Personally I'm beginning to lose a little confidence, especially when details such as dates are wrong in an RNS. plus CLN's aren't being sold as quickly as we thought, and also there is a large seller somewhere else! We need another update from them!
If you divide the shares they got for the last conversion by the total shares, they'd have been sitting on 2.5%. this means they'd sold as of 17th march 1% of company, so have they sold the other 1.5% in the last month? I'd say so!
The longer this drags on the lower it will drop due to selling. also the longer it drags the more I am convinced that funding is linked to the 30th round license and anyone who thinks otherwise must have some better information. they gave a timeline of 6-8 weeks when already in advanced negotiations. we are now almost 3 weeks beyond that timescale and given that 30th round news is due, then im convinced the two are linked.
Go take a listen over at Vox. They clearly state news of JV very shortly. "Extremely advanced", "confident that they'll enter into a JV arrangement shortly." I'm thinking we could hear something by the end of the week. it all sounds extremely positive. this could be huge. Not to forget 30th round could treble their output!! GLA
Also, there are only 2,832.17m shares in issue, not 2832 billion. At least get your facts right.
Am I right in the potential for a large push north here towards the end of April? might have to dip my toe in again, following last years heroics. These base metals are high on the agenda in the US, and any increased resource will push the SP north of 2p. GLA
