Do we expect more news today? surely if they wanted an extension that meant they had no money, no money means they renege on the conditions laid out by the court, and so we get 100% of Cambay? or is there more to it?

Albeit there’s an accounting issue, the mcap to cash alone is a joke, not to mention that they’re still going to be a profit making organisation and have forward order book for 2019 of £67m. This will bounce hard from here. GLA

From what i have read (and believe me its a lot of waffle and gibberish) it goes to arbitration inside a month (started not completed) or we get cash or Cambay. Anyone else who's read it agree with that?!

In my view the court have done a total bottle job and sided with GSPC. total nonsense and waste of time and money.

Not sure this sounds good. if it was a positive decision (verbally in court) then i'm sure Oilex would tell us straight away. But as they want it in writing, i expect that it wasn't as positive, and contains caveats which they want to review first.
