I'm still waiting for William hill to tell shareholders why they think this is such a great price , soon as the market was informed of an approach the price went to 312p now I'm no expert but the market is pretty good at guessing a fair price for something and why are William hill so quite? Who's buying the shares above the 272 offer ? Is it ceasers taking as many as it can to reduce possibility of a no vote or other large shareholders who think it's too cheap . Surely William hill has meetings with the big institutions to get there backing else wouldn't bother doing a vote without the backing. No idea what's going on anybody the wiser?

Thinking 272is about as good as it gets I've been having a look at us operaters and can't find any that don't have a place to fill they seem to have everything in place unless anybody else can spot potential a good selling price and I'm off I reckon

Whilst having a beer last night this farce flashed the bigger picture in my head.appollo shows interest in William hill knowing ceasers will act quickly to sort the purchase and then wait for it; apollo bids for ceasers when the ink is dry they can afford it and that's the next bet ?? lump on

Iangibbens I'm hopeful William hill will say your offer is insulting and we will carry on as prior arrangements agreed. Ceasers think they have us by the balls by re writing the agreement but will they really end everything they built with hills us and look for another partner at such a late stage ? I want more money the other experts are tied up by similar agreements imo

Just read the ft article and I think there saying it's 1b cheap , I've made a nice profit but I've been in today early doors and 175 or less I'm going again I think I can't lose money but I'm thinking this ain't over as apollo know ceasers inside out apparently

Watch the market over the next few weeks to see if the agreement is not as watertight as ceasers thinks but reading into it I think 272 is about it unfortunately but some people think differently as it's higher than the offer price but people could be closing positions, no need to cash in yet just watch . We achieve our aim to make money but I'm a greedy ****er and want a bit more??

Personal feeling is a slightly better offer will come but not a gigantic one by ceasers if we play hard . But like u say this was sorted a while back and I'm thinking they didn't expect the price to rise up 312p there getting us cheap imo. Ceasers had time to alter agreement so any potential rival will be put off so 272 is the base price and I've added a few more today as I'd only lose a bit of commission and duty as I'm hoping for 330 which I think the most respected gambling analyst had as a target (jefferies) in his note today we could be 480p if things went well or 80p if not so that's gambling all weighed up for you but I'm not hanging around if the deal is agreed but not finished until mid 2021 I'm cashing in then starting my quest for the next cash cow. Gla

Seems like a very cosy agreement in place before the bidding starts ,I'm voting no and added another 1000 shares @272 and that ulrik twat wants sacking imo

I was buying shares when theses so called experts were a a tadpole in dad's sack ?? they know **** all apart from a computer screen telling them how to act , never take advice from anyone in finance under the age of 60 as they only know a bull market they know **** about proper values and what people actually want . Buy this is a cert long term .

It's been a pleasure chatting on here and I think we made a good return, some will take profits because some have large bets and I don't blame you but I reckon you should still keep some action as this is a solid bet I'm not ramping as some of you know I've been positive since I've been posting but I've watched a share being pursued before and missed out on the top jackpot .
