This summer the management in my office was told it's being slimmed down 6 managers covering my office which serves about 120 working staff and roughly 70k customer
My dom working for 40+ years in the business going to retire in January 2023 so they made him redundant in July 2022 on huge package and I couldn't believe how happy he was he used to skip and jump from car park to his office then they needed his experience to sort problems in Cambridge so put him there on excessive package for 3 months ?? unbelievable then the other unlucky managers were finished on lovely package only to be given other jobs in sales etc you couldn't make this **** up for such a small area now multiply that national and you shareholders baying for kretinsky bloodshed might realise what Muppets run the world's falg bearing postal services and when it's gone it's gone ?? you should remember this sermon when your kids and grandkids ask you what was the royal mail ?? sermon over

I'm a worker and a shareholder and I've got all my privatisation shares and been involved in all the company share plans so I've built up a nice holding for an employee but in all my years as an employee I've never seen such disconnect from reality from the board of directors and believe me there's been some idiots creaming excessive large pots ?? I honestly think the intentions are keep the slave labour huge business in Europe and dump the royal mail back on government claiming they can't afford the uso even tho they been pumping prices up for years it's a **** show from these numpties
