Iangibbens don't think there's any harm and sitting as we got tasty profit anyway.lets look at the trading statement because if it's as good as I'm thinking 272 is cheap and I've posted my whacky ideas previously but that's another story

My personal position is this, I started buying when I got back from Cheltenham last year and been buying every month since up to 137. I'm in healthy profit so I'm just sitting as 272 to me is the target for 2022 .also with covid back in fashion my next sector I've been looking into is likely to get a bit cheaper so I can wait . I'm hoping something kicks off again in William hill but I think it's sorted IMHO but u never know .

Iangibbens I'm beginning to think 272 is it but then again I didn't see a takeover offer coming in , the bottom line is 272 for your shares and in guessing your thinking of selling about 278 after all it's an extra 6p which on your holding is a nice bit extra . It's your call

So it makes common sense to vote no then everybody whatever happens is a winner , shareholders get a better offer and if that don't come William hill get 275m if the whole deal goes south ?

I'd have have expected apollo to hold at least10% of William hill at cheap prices if they were serious they had long enough to think about it . Ceasers is the target

It's a game of cat and mouse apollo enquire about William hill knowing ceasers would move in to secure the deal then if apollo really interested in the us gambling market move on ceasers when they finished there work , simples it's ceasers there after I'm buying once brexit is sorted and the pound is stable

Be surprised if any other bid comes in unfortunately ceasers got us by the boxxxcks only chance is a no vote and then that might not stop them giving true value as they could offer a meagre rise and go for a majority vote ?? were fxxxxd

Jefferies values the company @ 330p I'm pleased the vote isn't until December as the trading update is November. Once people see the rate of us growth happening in the update 272 will be laughed at IMHO

Very interesting lufc buying us shares or european is more expensive with my halifax account does anybody know a good broker who's reasonable on costs for these types of buys ?
