BTW there is a reasonable chance that the share price may not recover, so hopefully your tactic of averaging down is with money that you can afford to lose. I agree about DEB which is why i'll steer clear - but this isn't exactly a compelling investment at the moment. Short, Medium or even Long Term..

I called it earlier in the year when I looked at the figures and said that at 27p you would likely be able to buy these cheaper if you waited. I didn't feel that I'd missed the boat when the inevitable positivity emanated from the people I'm not allowed to talk about on here. The numbers and cash burn made it obvious even without a degree in accounting that help would be needed. It was and is still obvious that other sources would be prohibitively expensive or just no longer available as they've cottoned on..
No point having a pop at OT, you apparently thought that these were great value at 25p only days ago.

You’re happy to spend ages arguing about when the accounts were submitted, but as soon as anybody points out some facts that you don’t like you cry defamation and ask for the comments to be removed.

Of course they bought on the placing they pretty much had to for market confidence.

So, why buy at 57 but not at 56, 55, ..... etc etc. It’s 23p and their lack of commitment says it all.

As you seem to get regular answers to your emails can you ask the BOD why they have not reduced the Directors remuneration packages to help protect shareholders for once. And why they haven’t bought any shares at these levels ?????? Please ???????

Very few companies reaches a bottom of 0p, many on here are here like me because they will buy when they think that it's a better time to do so. I said early in 2018 once they'd lost ENEO that they would need to raise funds. The banks would want their pound of flesh so I suspected they would dilute some more. At that point I thought I might buy - I still do.
I don't believe that you are a great researcher I agree with others that you are closer than you say and have more of a vested interest than you let on. That's an opinion not an allegation before you report me.

I was the first to raise the probability of a further rights issue on the iii board several months ago. Too me it was obvious based on the numbers and the normal jam tomorrow promises which never tend to materialise. I’ve watched this share for years and have often been tempted to trade - purely because of the tactics the company employ to ramp things up when the chips are down. My comments were deleted and I was suspended on here a few weeks ago so I’ll modify them this time. They will need to raise money to keep things going as the BOD obviously don’t believe enough in what they say and don’t seem to want to buy the shares even at these levels. Maybe they know they’ll pick them up cheaper over the coming weeks when they take up their rights. In most other walks of life some of what has gone on would see them in court... Moderate enough to stop me being suspended again ?!
