Who is we, are you we ?? If you’re not we then why use this grammar to make your point ?

Companies do recover from any placement of shares. There are banks that do loans based on reserve numbers.
If VOG do need to raise money they wouldn't need much. Admin costs slashed. Hardly any cap ex currently. If we are doing about 5 mmscf/d average at the moment for thermal and industrial power ($13-$16 mmbtu) then we are generating decent money.

Good to have a sensible debate for once.

1. Could happen of course. Numbers would be crunched and on its own the value wouldn't change much IMO. If it was accompanied by other news such as why they were willing to pay the 25p (ENEO or something similar) then yes agree.It also assumes that it was done some time ago when the share price was way above the strike.

2. Don't agree. Banks do interest free only if there is a strong business case. Kicking a broken can down the road - it's still a broken can. Again ENEO would help as would large personal guarantees. Neither looks likely at present.

Not wishing to question your knowledge either - my point (maybe badly made) is that however diluted the SP would unlikely rise as a result of it ? The banks would rinse them too based on the current numbers - without an ENEO gtee or similar they will struggle to obtain anything of real value (funding wise) IMO

WHY WOULD YOU BUY SHARES JUST BEFORE THE COMPANY NEEDS TO FUNDRAISE - WHAT FUNDRAISING MECHANISM WOULD MAKE THE SHARE PRICE GO UP ??

You avoided the question below (earlier this morning). You cant be stupid enough to have that much money to invest with no clue what you are doing (hopefully for your sake) So what is your thinking on the fundraising ?

I suspect that the recent drop and now almost complete capitulation of the share price is because they are struggling to get the funding that they need period/on anything like the terms that they will accept ?!

The bank loan was converted to interest only for 12 months to buy them time. it will then revert to capital and interest - which on my calculations would not be sustainable based on current income levels. So, the Banks would want their huge pound of flesh as they won't be interested in a big hole with some gas in it as security. IMO they would also insist on significant and wholesale cost cuts including the huge reduction in renumeration packages - that wouldn't sit well.

So a placing - tough to get that away for similar reasons.

Respectfully your honor if you've invested the thick end of £100k of your own money in the last few weeks, as you have eluded to on a number of occasions (370k + shares at probably an average of 24p) then why else would you want a meeting ???

Did they need a new photo copier - are you a photocopier salesman ??

I feel sorry for all the others on here who’ve lost money on VOG, but I’m glad your attempted ramping is costing you thousands.

So after your meeting yesterday have you purchased more shares ?

Will you purchase more shares ?

Will you sell your shares ?

Did they offer to buy your shares off of you ?

Something else ?

As ever you didn’t answer the key question - an ongoing approach which is why in my opinion you deserve no real credibility.

If you think that VOG will need to raise more funds in the new year - why is this a positive i.e. why would you think that now is a good time to buy the shares ?? Simple question !

Or do you now realise that raising more funds may be the least of their problems, and maybe your purchases were more of a punt rather than a sound investment ?

It’s a discussion board banjo, for people with an interest in the company and it’s shares to post their thoughts and provide balance. It’s not just a forum for those that either want to do some of VOG’s dirty work or to try and suck people in to making bad decisions just to fuel their own financial interests.

So your suggested possible fundraising requirements in the new year make VOG a buy rather than a hold or a sell ?

How so ?

How is it different than DEB for example (loss of revenue, high debts, earning less than they are spending) ???

At least you can trust the government and most of the people you do business with in Britain ??!

My paper loses seem to worry a few people on here as they are always commenting on them. I couldn't care less.

Please don't confuse worry/concern with amusement. I'd only be concerned about family, friends and people I would have things in common with or care about.

It's like playing a computer bot at chess. Just plow on with no emotion or any sign of normal human interaction.

So how about answering this question in an honest non share price protecting/ramping way ?

If you think that they MAY need to raise more funds EARLY in the NEW YEAR do you think they should put in some of their own money and reduce their remuneration packages until things improve ???

Or having now invested tens of thousands of pounds of your own money and sitting on paper losses of several thousand pounds do you think that they should be given a pay rise ?? Or something else ??
