PM wells will feed the refinery for domestic uses as oil currently tankered via road to china for refining then imported for domestic use, expensive, and goal is self sustainability and exports. PM ENERGY will maybe provide power to run refinery processes and Ulaanbaatar power grid from renewables to appease eco warriors and advance society. This initative and the use of electric vehicles in the capital to reduce pollution is i see as part of the big picture. That is probably part of the bigger picture. Refinery and pipeline are 2 years out so maybe MG not in any rush to obtain oil yet. Maybe this is developing into a longer term investment than expected.
